How to book

Each of us has unique characteristics – our height, genetics, postural habits, weight, gender, age, daily routines, and even the demands of our jobs all shape how our bodies move and feel. That is why it’s essential to approach movement in a way that caters specifically to your individual needs and current condition. At Feeling Good Pilates, we begin this journey with a mandatory initial assessment as your first session.

during this assessment, we take the time to understand your body through a detailed chart, exercise history review, and movement analysis. this allows us to identify your strengths, areas for improvement, and personal goals. Based on this comprehensive evaluation, we create a personalised plan tailored toy our unique needs. You’re then free to decide whether to proceed with the plan and book future sessions. This ensures every client receives a safe, effective, and customised Pilates experience.

As part of this initial session, you’ll also have the chance to get to know our instructor Sophia. It’s an opportunity to see how the session flows, ask questions, and familiarise yourself with the studio environment. Together, we’ll ensure your Pilates journey is comfortable, personalised, and aligned with your goals.
