New to Feeling Good Pilates FAQ

What if I have never done Pilates before?

Woohoo! So happy you found us to try out Pilates! Pilates can be done by anyone no matter your ability in fitness. Our instructor will first examine your core strength and go through the basics of Pilates to ensure you begin your Pilates journey safely with lots of fun and support.

Start with the complimentary consultation, to feel the vibe of our studio and discuss your goals.

We want to make sure we can increase your ‘FEELING GOOD‘ moments everyday!

I am not a very fit person can I still do Pilates?

Fitness ability does not matter in Pilates but your goals do matter. It could simply be for postural reasons or even smaller goal.

Here at Feeling Good Pilates, we want to motivate people to change their perception on fitness and Pilates. We want more people to wake up and want to move their bodies because it makes them feel good, not because it makes you fitter, leaner or any other appearance related reasons.

We truly believe in Joseph Pilates’s words, ‘It’s the mind itself which shapes the body’.

What do I need to bring for my sessions?

Face-to-face:

  • You of course 😉
  • Water bottle
  • 2nd vaccination certification + mobile device with the service Victoria app installed for QR sign in.

Online:

  • You of course 😉
  • Zoom app installed on device with operating wifi + camera
  • water bottle
  • towel

Pre and Post-natal Pregnancy FAQ

I've recently become a mama bear, can I still do Pilates?

Congratulations! Life is so mysteriously beautiful~

As long as you have consulted your doctor and approved, you can definitely move your body through Pilates. Please make sure to either send or bring a copy of your doctor’s approval certification.

Bookings + Cancellations FAQ
What if I need to reschedule or don't show up?

We kindly ask that you give us a call, email or message via social media. Please be mindful that we have a strict 24 hour late cancellation policy.

Cancellations made before the 24 hours can be rescheduled to another date and time.

No-shows and late cancels will incur the session’s fee.

Do I need to pay for complimentary consultations?

Nope~ It’s totally complimentary, no fees or obligations.

Please understand, as much as we respect your time it would be greatly appreciated for our time to be respected equally. If rescheduling or cancellation is required, please send us an email or message.
